I finally figured out how to put a video on my blog...I didn't realize how easy it was!! I will start to post some more videos, now that I know how to do it!

Guitar Hero!!!

Doug got Guitar Hero for his birthday and it has been a big hit in our house! Doug loves it, I love it.....and Noah loves it!!! Noah loves to watch Doug play and he likes to sit on Doug's lap while he is playing the guitar. Very cute :).

The Pie

We went to The Pie last night with Doug's family to celebrate Doug's Birthday. We had a really fun time...good food and good company!!! The Pie is by far one of our favorite places to eat and it was the perfect place to celebrate Doug's Birthday!!! Thank you to everyone who came...we had a really fun time!!!

Traveler IQ

I came across this website through another blog that I visit frequently. It is a game that tests your knowledge of world cities. It starts out easy, but it gets more and more difficult. It is pretty fun, and addicting! I will be honest that I am horrible at geography and I can only get to level 4! How good is your Traveler IQ???

Silly Boy

Noah adores his new kitchen and he usually spends a good portion of every morning "cooking" me some yummy entrees! Well, today he was being very quiet, so I went over to what he was doing and I noticed that his kitchen area was COMPLETELY empty! Well, he had moved everything from his kitchen, as well as some of his other toys, to a more "convenient" location...behind the curtain by the sliding door! There is absolutely NO room back there, but he managed to put everything in that small little space and have a quiet enjoyable time. Oh the silly things that our babies do that make them happy! This was just too cute, so I had to share.

Oh, and this is my 100th post on this blog! I hope that everyone enjoys my posts. This blog has been a fun way for me to keep everyone up to date on our family. There will be MANY more posts to come this coming year, especially when I have TWO little ones!

The Best Fabric Store!!

I have been to a lot of quilting stores, not just fabric stores, but QUILTING stores, in Salt Lake and Utah County and I don't think any of them compare to Broadbent's in Lehi. They have the most beautiful and wide selection of fabrics then any store that I have been to. I am always looking for fun fabrics to make things with and I know that I will find what I am looking for when I go to Broadbent's. I need to go there soon because I want to make a quilt for my little girl, and I know that I will find what I am looking for there! They also have a section full of beautiful antiques and collectables. It is so fun to go and look through all of their odds and ends! So, if you are ever in Lehi, go and check it out!!

Happy Birthday Connor!

Today is my cute nephew Connor's First Birthday!!! He is such a cutie and we LOVE having him in our family!!! We hope that he has a FABULOUS Birthday today!

Stylin'

Noah found these sunglasses the other day and he loves to put them on and run around the house laughing hysterically! Today, he put on his stylin' new glasses and "helped" me vacuum. He makes vacuuming look good :).

So Many Pictures!!!

I am sure that it is pretty obvious that I LOVE to take pictures of Noah. I love to capture precious moments so that I never forget them! Well, I have been looking at all of the pictures that I have of Noah from his first year and I realized that I should really do something with them for people to see, instead of having them just sit on my computer. I wanted to put together a scrapbook, but that would take FOREVER since there are so many pictures. So, I have created a collage of pictures for each month of Noah's first year. I am going to print them out as a 12x12 and keep it out for people to look at. It has taken me about a week to put it all together, and I just finished it tonight so I thought that I would share. Noah's First Year

I also created this piece to hang in our house. It is composed of pictures of our family from the past year. I am going to print it out as a 20 x 20 and hang it in our entry way. This will be a nice thing for me to look at every day :).

29 Weeks

I am officially 29 weeks pregnant today. I haven't posted about the pregnancy in a while, so I thought that I would post a quick update.

As of my last appointment, the baby is healthy and she is starting to grow like crazy! She has really grown a lot this past month and I am really starting to feel like I am pregnant. She is starting to move a lot and I am beginning to think that she is going to be just like her brother...Noah has been a mover since day one!!

The only issue that we have had is that the results from my glucose test came back with higher results then normal. Because of this, I had to take the 3 hour glucose test, which consists of sitting in doctors office for 3 hours and having my blood drawn 4 times!!! That wasn't very fun, but it looks like everything is ok with me and the baby, thank goodness!!

Doug and I decided that we would wait until after Christmas to really start getting ready for this baby, and now I am realizing that I have so much to do! We have nothing for a baby girl, in terms of clothes, so I am going to be busy the next few weeks getting some stuff for her. I know that I have 2 1/2 months left, but I also have a little boy that keeps me so busy, so I really don't have a lot of spare time on my hands. Noah is still my first priority, so hopefully I am able to get things ready by the time this little girl arrives!! I am sure that everything will fall into place :).

Four Years

Doug and I celebrated our four year Anniversary yesterday!!! I can't believe how much has happened in our lives since we got married. I look forward to what is in store for us this coming year when we add another bundle of joy to our family!! I am so thankful to have such a wonderful and loving husband! Doug, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I am grateful each and every day that you are mine!!!

Doug and I celebrated our Anniversary by going to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory, which was wonderful. My mom and dad watched Noah for us, so it was great to have a nice dinner without any interruptions. Thank you, Doug, for a wonderful Anniversary :). I love you!!!

Happy New Year!!!

We hope that everyone had a wonderful New Year. Noah wasn't feeling very well on New Year's Eve, so Doug and I spent the evening at home. We had dinner, watched Transformers {which, by the way, is an AWESOME movie and I highly recommend it!}, and then we waited for midnight, had some Martinelli's in some wine glasses {very fancy}, and then we headed off to bed. Yes, it was a very laid back evening, but I had a wonderful time, and I hope that everyone did too :).
